If someone very close to you lies, and you find out from someone in confidense, what do you do about it?

It's a lie so big it justifies never speaking to the friend again, but at the same time to reveal knowledge of the lie, you have to jeopardise the trust of another friend.

Right now, I'm going with secrecy. But I don't know how long it will last.

Also, my grandmother is sick. She called me last night crying and I didn't know what to do. The last thing I need right now is to find out I can't trust my best friend...

I don't know what to do...
